Ambitious Capital LLC provides consulting, asset management support, project coordination, bookkeeping organization, lease-up strategy, property operations support, and related real estate advisory support services.

Services are provided based on written proposals, invoices, agreements, scopes of work, or confirmed client instructions.

Ambitious Capital LLC does not provide legal, tax, audit, securities, investment brokerage, real estate brokerage, business brokerage, capital raising, or CPA services.

Project coordination services do not constitute general contracting or construction services.

Clients remain responsible for final business, financial, legal, tax, investment, and property decisions.

Clients may be invoiced for agreed services.

Payment may be accepted by credit card, debit card, ACH, wire, check, or other approved payment methods.

Payment timing, retainers, deposits, and recurring fees may vary by engagement and will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.

If a payment is made in error, or if an engagement is cancelled before work begins, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For ongoing consulting or asset management support services, cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable agreement or statement of work.

Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method when possible.

Ambitious Capital may collect contact information, property information, billing information, and project-related information provided by clients or prospective clients.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide services, prepare invoices, coordinate work, and communicate with clients.

Ambitious Capital does not sell client personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, vendors, or outside professionals when reasonably necessary to provide services or process payments.
